History

Outlet Beach has been a privately owned traditional swimming hole since as early as the 1920’s. The snack shack is the oldest standing structure on the Sabbathday Lake, which was settled by the Shakers in 1782 or thereabouts, and has served as a summer retreat for families and friends.

Throughout the summer, Bresca & The Honey Bee at Outlet beach, will continue the traditions of family fun with ice cream and pastry that is picnic-inspired, simple, healthy, and delicious from locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
